Great location, big and clean...

Liked: Breakfast was good with many options. Room size was very good. Housekeeping services were timely and good. Many of the city attractions within walking distance.
Disliked: Room amenities were limited.

Great location, great breakfast, very...

Liked: Very clean and spacious room. The breakfast was outstanding with a lot of options, including waffles, French toast, make your own breakfast burritos, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, granola, cornbeef hash and more..
Disliked: Reception on 3rd floor was a bit unusual.

I would strongly recommend this...

Liked: This hotel is very close to most of the Monuments. Its Quiet and peaceful with excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Staff could be more welcoming. I was checked in by someone who looked didn't want to be there.

Very bad

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Very bad experience. Worse of all, because of small things that are perfectly easy to fix, but they have not the willingness to do it. First issue arise when we arrived at the hotel late night on a Saturday and they have not parking available. We choose the hotel precisely because it said that they have parking and many others hotel in downtown DC do not have. I ended up looking an overnight parking for myself. When I get to the room with my wife and kids, the sofa bed has not blanket and pillows. I call to the front desk three time and after more then an hour wait finally, I got the blanket and a pillow, while my kids were exhausted trying to sleep. Same thing happened with the towels the morning of the next day. Just three in the room while we were four. After many calls and a long wait we got one towel. Finally the hotel said that they have a top roof bar, that my wife and I were waiting to enjoy, but they close very early for a Saturday night and Sunday was close.I do not recommend this hotel at all. Worse experience ever in a hotel.
