Great stay in a very...

Liked: Location was really convenient between the major central attractions and the harbour where you could find lots of great places to dine. The kids really enjoyed the pool area, made even better by the intense walking!Staff were very responsive to our needs, with a very simple and quick check in & out process.
Disliked: The breakfast set up is really inconvenient, with a best described ‘jail line’ set-up which is very over crowded. The staff did their best to accommodate, but it was far from ideal and we looked at other alternatives later in our stay.

Nice room, very sad valet...

Disliked: The valet parking upon arrival was an absolute and complete disaster. I seriously cannot believe I had to pay for that. I will probably not stay there again because of this.

Liked: good location near the tourist spots however far fromconvenient stores or fastfood.
Disliked: SOME staff are not as friendly as the others. i kinda felt some discrimination bec they were generally friendly with white guests but with us asians there was some attitude
