Disliked: The number of times my room got cleaned, which was none, in 6 days. The bed sheets weren't changed until the 4th day

Liked: I found the property to be well maintained. Cleanliness is very important and should be priority.It was a very hot day and our room was nice and cool and comfortable.
Disliked: Didn’t care for the area or location. Somewhat congested.

Liked: The room and hotel was great and comfy.
Disliked: I didn't like that I had to wait for my room upon check in. I was a few mins late to an event because of it.

Disappointing

Liked: Location. We needed a place to stay while our apartment was being renovated. It was close by.
Disliked: Horrible tiny pillows, we asked repeatedly (4 times in 2 days) for more towels, which we never got. We asked for early check-in, I was told to check back in an hour for availability. I was placed on hold for 18 minutes on the phone and then hung up on..when I called back and I was placed on hold for seven more minutes. I was told there were three rooms available and I should hurry because they were first come first served so she couldn’t guarantee there would be one ready. We finally ended up checking in two hours after the promise time. The young man said “oops that’s what happens when we’re really busy.” parking is absolutely horrible with four handicap spaces for a huge hotel with parking across the street in the pouring down rain.
