Liked: Everyone was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: It was a bit warm/humid in the lobby but the rooms were cold so it wasn’t a huge issue

Disliked: One of the receptionist was not behaving well, she had a jewelry in her nose.

Very demure, very kid friendly.

Liked: The amenities, the size of the room, the bar, the restaurant seating area, the staff, the cleanliness. I guess I could go on but it was amazing, the kids loved it!
Disliked: I didn't like that breakfast was an additional $11/person, I thought it was included in the room price. I didn't assume breakfast and the bar would be included but absolutely thought breakfast.

Liked: The staff were great. We checked in went to the room and there was a leak in bathroom. Went back down told them and she was so sweet and quick to change our room and also give us free breakfast all week. The pool is very small and limited seating but my kids had fun swimming in it anyway. The hotel was clean and all around a good stay.

Liked: Our room was huge and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is very dog friendly and we appreciated that! The optional breakfast is worth the money and there is a good choice of items. All the staff that we met were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The water in the bathroom sink never got cold - it was either hot (yay!) or lukewarm ( not so nice for tooth brushing or drinking!!). The maintenance person fixed it one time but then the water reverted to being lukewarm again. It's only a small thing, but as the room was quite expensive, it was annoying!
