Hyatt Place Uncasville / Casino Area

My bf and I needed to find a hotel to pick up a fundraiser overnight and we thought having a pool, continental breakfast and a late night menu covered all of our basis. Upon arrival the pool was closed for our entire stay. We asked what time the late night menu and bar was open till and they told us 12 am. Upon arrival back to the hotel they said they sold out of food and we were unable to grab food at the bar. Just left us no dinner so we grabbed a package of $3.75.

Liked: The hotel room and shower.
Disliked: Communication problem - solving breakfast pool and bar.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, and next time we go to Mohegan Sun we will definitely stay again.

Liked: Room was beautiful; shuttle to Mohegan Sun was right on time.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was OK but a bit disorganized.

They were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful and so was the room. No complaints here :)

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Was happy to see that they labeled the scrambled eggs as having dairy and they had oat milk to offer
Disliked: The rug in hall worn and needed updating. one elevator seemed little sketchy when moving
