Hyatt Place Uncasville / Casino Area

My bf and I needed to find a hotel to pick up a fundraiser overnight and we thought having a pool, continental breakfast and a late night menu covered all of our basis. Upon arrival the pool was closed for our entire stay. We asked what time the late night menu and bar was open till and they told us 12 am. Upon arrival back to the hotel they said they sold out of food and we were unable to grab food at the bar. Just left us no dinner so we grabbed a package of $3.75.

Liked: The hotel room and shower.
Disliked: Communication problem - solving breakfast pool and bar.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, and next time we go to Mohegan Sun we will definitely stay again.

Liked: Room was beautiful; shuttle to Mohegan Sun was right on time.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was OK but a bit disorganized.

They were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful and so was the room. No complaints here :)

Liked: The size of the room and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: When we arrived, we were informed that there was no hot water and that it should be fixed in @ an hour. We got to our room and there was paint falling off the ceiling onto/next to the bed. The staff was nice and moved us to another room.After 2 1/2 hours, the water still wasn't working. We hadn't showered and were planning on doing so before we went out and now was not able to until the next morning.This was a major inconvenience and expected at least some type of compensation but there was none.

Liked: Location is great for easy 4 minute drive access to mohegan sun. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Very clean. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel is showing signs of wear. There was no ice machine on our floor. Breakfast was being picked up when we came down in the morning during breakfast hours.
