Dirty towels and poor management

Liked: The property overall was clean. My room had a few issues. The A/C stopped working and there were dirty towels in my room with brown stains on them. They are fully aware that their laundry lady doesn’t do her job and have had other reports of dirty towels being placed in rooms. I have stayed at this hotel for work a few times and every time there has been an issue. My first stay, the boiler wasn’t working so no hot showers. The second stay, someone was smoking on my floor so my room smelled like smoke. I could look past these two incidents which is why I stayed here at my last trip but will not be booking this hotel.
Disliked: The manager Kendra was not pleasant. She offered complimentary dinner to me and my fiancé to cover the A/C and dirty towels but I was charged a week later for this complimentary dinner.

Disliked: The bar, The Placery is sterile and not inviting. I'd recommend rethinking the environment and decor

Liked: Location was perfect for us and what we needed. Breakfast was a little lacking. Everything else exceeded our expectations. Really liked having a cool bar in the hotel. Bartender was very professional and nice as was rest of staff.
