Nice hotel.

Disliked: Mattress was VERY uncomfortable! Charge for valet parking with no other option for parking.

Never staying at a Hyatt...

Liked: The bed is comfortable.
Disliked: The staff is terrible. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes while the front desk girl kept looking over at us knowing we were there, and yet no one came to bartend. We had just checked in, and there was a bartender there and we were advised bar closed at 11. We checked in at 9:51, went back down to the bar at 10:05, sat until 10:15 waiting and wondering why the staff around could not let some one know there were patrons at the bar. The room is extremely noisy. There is a high pitched screeching/ringing noise every time the ac turns on. Parking is $18 in the garage around the block, or valet for $30. We travel often for soccer tournaments and SEVERAL fishing tournaments. We will never stay at another Hyatt.

In town for a couple...

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The room size was nice. The a/c worked good. Appreciated the city architecture view from the window.
Disliked: When I arrived I discovered the place did not have parking available. I was given the option to park on the street, or I could pay their valet an exorbitant sum to park the vehicle for me. I check into the hotel. I discover that the room was not the room I had arranged. I needed a pull out bed within the couch. I removed the couch cushions. Underneath the cushions was a bunch of cereal. I am moved to another room. Again, a couch with no pull out bed option. Finally, I am moved to another room. Finally, I get the pull out bed option. The bathroom was not very clean. The toilet had urine caked underneath the seat. The carpet in the hotel is old and worn. Morning breakfast was lackluster at best. Great if you love powdered eggs!
