Pleasant, and clean.

Liked: Bed and layout was comfortable. Enjoyed the couch and the TV that was on a swivel. Plenty of light and accommodations for charging portable devices.
Disliked: N/A

Pleasant and great staff

Liked: One of the employees (a woman, maybe a manager?) Was SO NICE and accommodating. I asked where they had microwaves and she made sure I got one in my room free of charge. Overall great experience.

Nothing exceptional or memorable about...

Liked: The room was very clean.
Disliked: We expected a little more from a Hyatt and booked at a higher price to be pampered. Turns out, it was nothing special.

Disliked: TV asked for a code. Didn't have a code. Guy at front desk didn't know what the problem was. Bathroom door was hard to shut. Only one working elevator.

Liked: There is no housekeeping for last 3 days and when your request the receptionist said “the staff is gone “ The iron does not work we are tired of asking the staff.

VERY Nice room…Less nice breakfast....

Liked: Super-comfortable bedding. Very nice room with nice seating area, huge room. Shower/toilet room light was weird in. that it started out dim and gradually intensified. Breakfast was less than acceptable with what seemed to be powdered eggs that had the consistency, look and texture of, well, powder; certainly nothing resembling real scrambled eggs. The sausage tasted nearly rancid like sour fat. The coffee was, however, excellent. the afternoon staff (and very nice young man) was the epitome of hospitality. The morning staff, especially the woman managing breakfast had no personality…grumpy. Lobby area was on the verge of deteriorating but not quite yet there. And one elevtor was in disrepair. So, all in all, the bet part was the room.
