Overall wonderful stay; the hotel staff was amazing and helpful. The hotel was beautiful with updated features and amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would stay in this hotel again and again.

Liked: Very nice and updated features; amazing amenities; rooftop restaurant and bar was beautiful.
Disliked: Toilet paper roll was broken; shower knob was loose.

Great location/ Refreshing stay

Liked: Hyatt Place is a great location. The facility is newish, fresh and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I have an electric car and charged my car during the stay. Fantastic.
Disliked: A little mix up at check in but it was quickly resolved. The staff was very friendly and competent. I enjoyed my stay there. It was Hyatt worthy.
