Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix/University

Overall wonderful stay; the hotel staff was amazing and helpful. The hotel was beautiful with updated features and amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would stay in this hotel again and again.

Liked: Very nice and updated features; amazing amenities; rooftop restaurant and bar was beautiful.
Disliked: Toilet paper roll was broken; shower knob was loose.

Comfortable and enjoyable

Liked: Location was amazing , practical hotel that delivers on cleanliness , it was a very comfortable stay . Bonus is breakfast is included so it set us up for the day . Housekeeping were attentive and friendly everything we requested came fast .
Disliked: Nothing everything was great

Liked: The location was great, staff were friendly, and it was very clean.
Disliked: That the parking wasn’t disclosed ahead of time, most hotels do not charge for parking. While using the ASU parking structure was convenient, an added charge of $16 per day for parking should have been disclosed in advance in my opinion!

great hotel to stay short...

Liked: I did not use the breakfast option since I wake up late but it looks great in pictures. next time I will for sure use the benefit of breakfast that is offered.
Disliked: beds for me are to soft and make some noise but for one night it was ok.

Liked: Loved the location and cleanliness of the room. The breakfast buffet was also very nice.
Disliked: The vent in our room made a clicking noise and that it made it hard to sleep over.
