Overall wonderful stay; the hotel staff was amazing and helpful. The hotel was beautiful with updated features and amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would stay in this hotel again and again.

Liked: Very nice and updated features; amazing amenities; rooftop restaurant and bar was beautiful.
Disliked: Toilet paper roll was broken; shower knob was loose.

Disliked: This is by far the most dishonest and incompetent hotel I have ever seen. At the reception, they charged me an extra $100 deposit, promising it would be refunded in 5–7 days. I asked twice, but after 20 days there is still no refund. When you call, they don’t give you any proper answer. The breakfast is so terrible it makes you lose your appetite, and the beds cause itching after sleeping on them. Completely unacceptable experience.
