The housekeeping staff is not...

Liked: The location and rooms are excellent.
Disliked: I forgot my suitcase cover in room 620 and they did not find it. This is really not believable. The staff tried to locate it but failed to trace it. THIS IS REALLY UNBELIEVABLE TO ME as I am regular traveller around the globe. In other hotels they keep a small thing left in the room.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the lobby was very nice looking. Our room was very nice looking, clean and spacious.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say. One minor thing is they should have hot cocoa offered with the breakfast.
