I refuse to stay here...

Liked: The location is close to shopping and a lot of restaurants.
Disliked: The breakfast food and service was terrible. The first day we stayed they removed the oatmeal an hour before breakfast was over and began cleaning up and ordering people to sit in other areas when there were a ton of people still coming down to eat. On a Saturday, they closed off a whole area and there were not enough tables to sit and they were rude when we asked if we could sit in the area they were cleaning up. They didn't close up for another hour. The food was very limited in choices and not good at all. We spent a lot to stay here. On the third morning, the fire alarm went off and it was pulled by kids and no body told anyone. They just expected us to come down the stairs (which we couldn't even find and there was no announcement over the loud speaker. This was at around 8:30 am. The rooms were never cleaned and we stayed 4 nights. The service was horrible. There was a party there on the second night in the pool area that lasted past midnight and they were shouting and cursing and the people in the front had no idea. There were three cop cars in the front of the building banging on doors at 11pm that night as well. We have stayed here three years in a row and never had such a bad experience. I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Liked: Cleanliness of the property, location to a variety of shopping centers and restaurants, and most importantly the professional friendly service was top notch!
Disliked: Everything was absolutely perfect! No complaints whatsoever.
