Disliked: Beds were not made and no clean twirls left. Were there 2 nights. Breakfast was mediocre. Hairdryer did not work in the bathroom. Electrical plug wasn’t working there. Had to dry our hair at the work desk.

Disliked: The lack of follow through on a request to fix two deficient items in my roomUpon arrival I noted that the shower gel dispenser in my room was empty, and the electronic safe was not working. I spoke to the front desk and was told they could take care of it that night. I told them that was not necessary, but I would be out early in the morning the next day, and if they could attend to those two things while I was gone that timing would work for me. When I returned late that afternoon (hot and in need of a shower), the room had been made up, but neither the safe nor the shower gel had been taken care of.I spoke to the general manager in person, and he was very apologetic and said that this would be taken care of. As I was leaving early the next morning and no longer needed the safe (I'd be in the room for the night soon) I told him the safe was no longer a priority, simply refill the shower gel. I told him that I would expect some consideration to be given to the bill, as I was not given the standard features expected of a room at that fee, and that his staff dropped the ball on fulfilling a basic client request. He agreed and said he would look into it.Fast forward to when the bill came, and I was billed the full amount. Not so much as an email from one of the managers. Apparently providing the kind of quality service that Hyatt is usually famous for was not a priority at this hotel.
