Just stayed one night, but a great experience. Great room, clean and contemporary. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Disliked: There was a lot of wasted space in the living area. Room was big enough that 2 queen beds instead of two doubles could be placed and still have a nice living area. (Even a king with double beside it and then the sofa area; nice option for families with children).The coffee. Tooooo strong with a burnt taste to it.

Liked: great room and stay, very clean. Staff was friendly and always at your needs. the breakfast was nice, the area was clean.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like is having to pay for parking. Im parking my own vehicle and the parking is not monitored by security. Hyatt can more than afford at lease free parking.

Liked: The price was reasonable and the room had a small fridge and microwave and couch, things I like. The breakfast buffet was ok. Not the best I have had or the worst.
Disliked: First night tv didn’t work right. Had to call technician. Second night, no hot water.

Liked: The hotel was quiet, comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean and very nice breakfast included. Also , loved the fact that there were big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower more than plenty for three of us .
Disliked: Parking $12 charge for 24h .

Liked: Location was perfect, close to my conference and good food. Also had a nice park about 10 minutes away. Was very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and happily helped.
Disliked: Wish there was more outdoor space to walk

Wonderful accommodations

Liked: They were very accommodating to our needs, we had to come in town for a procedure at the nearby Moffit Cancer Center. And the were very helpful at meeting our every need and questions. Check-in was wonderful as she informed me of many benefits for our situation. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at any other hotel I have stayed in. It was very affordable and very clean and comfortable. Our room exceeded all of our expectations. I will be staying here every time we need to go there.
Disliked: There is really nothing I have to complain about
