Superb

Liked: Facility and accommodations were wonderful! Staff was extremely professional and pleasant
Disliked: Our only disappointment was the sofa bed where our nine year old grandson was to sleep. When we pulled it out, the linen was wrinkled and had not been changed.And we found were hair pins on the sheets. We however, contacted the front desk and she took care of the problem immediately!

I had an amazing stay!

Liked: I had an amazing stay at Hyatt. The hotel was very clean with ample parking. The location is amazing as it is in the heart of downtown. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Highly recommended!
