Liked: Camron was awesome! Very helpful with a great attitude!
Disliked: We had a fire alarm at 1 a.m., but the hotel did the best it could and was not at fault.

Disliked: The hotel is being updated, so has to be patient with things like the elevator being out of order. But staff really helped make it better.

Disliked: No microwave. Poor cooling refrigerator. No daily room cleaning. Customers should be informed of no daily room cleaning at the time of check-in.

Disliked: The fee for bringing my dog to a “pet friendly” facility was not disclosed ahead, and I looked for it and emailed to inquire ahead of my stay. $100 was added to my bill only when I arrived and it was too late to look for something else. This is patently unfair and a deceptive practice. As I will be returning to the area quite often and will need accommodations that include my dog, I will not be staying here again. If it had been disclosed ahead, fine. But I did not appreciate the surprise nor the “cleaning fee” - my dog did not do $100 worth of mess to warrant that fee.
