Liked: I liked almost everything about the property except the elevator maintenance. Only one elevator was working. Also, it could use a laundry room. Everything else was great. It was cheerful, roomy, and very user-friendly. Great staff. So nice and helpful. Would recommend friends or anyone passing through the Dulles area. You’ll love the nice staff.

Disliked: 1. Shower gel pump wasn't working.2. Wi-Fi was not operational.3. Room heater was out of order.4. Orange juice for breakfast tasted funny.

Overall a good experience

Liked: Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. They were still doing renovations, but it was not disruptive. Breakfast was also good. Check-in process was smooth and quick.
Disliked: There was a man in the hallway overnight by my room for the last two nights of my stay. He just sat at the end of the hallway; he wasn't rude or anything, he actually never spoke. It was unusual that he was in the hallway. I could not tell if he was security or employed by the hotel.
