Disappointing
Disliked: No water available in the room until 12 noon on our first morning. Image starting your day and being unable to brush your teeth, flush a toilet or shower. We had a schedule and needed to attend certain events, where we were unable to shower prior, or even wash hands. No other options were offered, alternate room or facilities to get ready. Instead we were told this happens once in a while? Not acceptable. We were offered and granted 50% off our stay. A nice gesture, but not feel like appropriate reciprocity for zero water for half a day. Too bad. Great location, but we will not stay again.
