Disliked: Room smaller than expected. Breakfast was ok.

Liked: Location was great. Fitness area was great. Breakfast was great. Getting your room serviced was not great. Had issues communicating with staff for room refresh and toiletries.
Disliked: Issues with not getting included for cleaning and towel refresh.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The location was good and despite unexpected parking charges, it was convenient to use.
Disliked: We booked a stay for 5 nights. When house keeping didn't come the first full day, my husband had to ask at the desk and was told that house keeping only comes when requested. I was disappointed that the hotel was planning to let us go 5 nights without towels refreshed or trash taken out. Technically, I would have liked the sheets to have been changed on the third night. We had to ask for more towels one morning. House keeping never came, so my husband asked a woman at the cart if we could please have a towel. She looked at him said, "NO English!" turned her back to us and walked off despite the obvious continued attempts for my husband to communicate. He ended up having to take a towel without permission which felt uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel. Great location.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, great location. Easy parking (for additional fee) in garage across street.
Disliked: Our TV didn’t work so we had to switch rooms. Note: You have to use room key to activate elevator (when going up).

Very good

Liked: Big & comfy room. No fluff but super clean & spacious. Staff here are beyond AMAZING! We had a water pressure issue on the 8th floor (found out others did as well) and were unable to shower so that was inconvenient. The girl at the front desk was so apologetic & took a good chunk off of our bill, which we greatly appreciated.The breakfast was very good with lots of selections!
Disliked: Water pressure issue & we could not shower!

Great experience at a gem...

Liked: The staff was super friendly, particularly the young lady who checked me in when I arrived. The room was modern, attractive and very comfortable. And the hotel breakfast was the best I’ve ever had - all the little details went above and beyond! And it was perfect that we were right next to a Target, where I could go before hitting the road to get snacks and supplies for the rest of my trip.
Disliked: The parking situation was not great. It was uncomfortable to have to park my car across an alley while I went in to figure out check in and unloading, particularly as a woman traveling alone.
