Great location; no hassle with parking due to valet service; wonderful buffet breakfast; nice swimming pool and very nice and comfortable room.

Liked: Very nice room; great breakfast and great valet parking.
Disliked: No bad experiences; all good.

Central stay with the friendliest...

Liked: Location was good close to the river. Rooms and bathrooms very big and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally good, friendly and helpful. We had problems with our connecting tour and they went out of their way to assist us with making arrangements for our tour changes. We would not have been able to make the change and join the tour on time without them. Very grateful to them. The day we arrived was July 4th and again the staff on duty were extremely helpful in guiding us around and making sure we got some food when all the restaurants in the area were closed. Really amazing to experience such great people!
Disliked: I would’ve loved to have a bath tub but that is not an option at the hotel.

Outstanding place to call home

Liked: Excellent downtown location. Such a neat nostalgic building. Nice amenities and courteous staff.
Disliked: Pillows were a bit soft for my liking.
