super great!
Liked: everything is great. the hotel is very clean and the staff is so nice! they’re very dog friendly and accommodating. it’s probably an easy 10 minute walk to the beach with a publix across the street and a handful of delicious restaurants nearby. i haven’t tried the restaurants inside the hotel, but they’re always busy and inviting! the breakfast is also super yummy. i’ve stayed here twice and will definitely be back!

Not worth the hassle
Liked: THe pool was nice. The shower was excellent, great water pressure.
Disliked: It started off that they gave us a different room than we booked and it was dirty and smelly and a mile from the elevator. The manager told us it was the room we booked with booking.com not with Hyatt. We argued and finally got a better room but with only one bed, not 2 queens. I asked for payment to be changed to a different credit card and that really threw them for a loop. Then we found out both restaurants were closed during the week and other local restaurants were also closed. THere was no place close to eat and no microwave to heat up anything. The breakfast was $11 per person and was run like a war camp. Nothing special. We enjoyed the area, but had to travel around to find restaurants and was unable to heat up any leftovers because there was no microwave in the room. Most of the staff spoke no english, even the management. We opted for the electronic checkout and once home found that they had charged the original credit card twice and the one I asked to be billed once. So now I have nearly $3000 pending on my card. I will probably never go there again and now not too thrilled with booking.com status with hotels.
