Poor

Liked: The lobby and hotel exterior were nice. The pool was decent. The location seemed good.
Disliked: Our room was dirty, it had a horrible smell. The carpet was damp. I found a fake fingernail on the bathroom floor. The tub was gross, we left super early to get out of there. Slept horrible.

Disappointing

Disliked: A $75 hidden “cleaning fee”. What a gimmick. A price of $105 was quoted in the website and I was charged $181 due to a cleaning fee. I will never use booking.com or stay at a Hyatt
