Pleasant

Good

Price was freaking awesome for...

Liked: Front desk was awesome! she moved me to the ground floor, so that I would specifically be closer to the pool. And then when two of my kids ages 12 and 5 just got dropped off at the front door, she called to the room to make sure that they found their way to the room.
Disliked: The breakfast cook was a little "slow". He didn't get the clue that more food need to be cooked even when there were like five people standing at the window waiting they had to specifically ask him to make more. He had already removed the pans from the hot top and wash them so he knew there was more food needed. And this was about 45 minutes before breakfast ended. Except for that everything was perfect.

Liked: Very good location. Bed and pillows were great!
Disliked: Really needs updated. No microwave. Very frustrated with the people above us making so much noise!! I mean it was bad!!

Lacking basics

Liked: The free breakfast had good offerings even though the heated food was mostly cold
Disliked: The bed pillows were horrible. I’ve never seen square pillows used as bed pillows and we only had four on the bed total. They were tiny. The water pressure of the shower head was non existent. The extra nozzle was leaking so it took away the pressure. There are no water fountains in the whole hotel. We were told to fill up our water bottles in our room’s bathroom sink. If this is the case, the hotel should provide water bottles upon check in like other hotels do. No microwave in the room.
