Hyatt Place Seattle/Downtown

I would go here again, great location, but would be more eager to come if it would be a little less for one person. I could have done without the sitting room.

Liked: All staff were extremely polite, professional, helpful, and go out of their way to assist! Breakfast fod was good. Rooms were very quiet - perfect!
Disliked: I would have liked an in-room safe. Moisturizer would be good - I thought they'd have it so didn't bring any from home. Too expensive for 1 person. At breakfast they would run out of spoons. Plastic spoons should be made available.

Liked: staff was incredibly accommodating. it's one of the best one-night stays I've ever had.

I will not be staying...

Liked: The concierge ladies were nice at checkout. The tall guy that works the desk in the evening was nice too.
Disliked: The first room I was assigned had stains on the couch. The second room had several spiders. The furniture needs to be deep cleaned and the rooms should be fumigated.

Liked: Nice accommodation, very helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to the Meryem, reception manager, it is these professional workers who form the “face” of the hotel

Good hotel for a big...

Liked: Breakfast and the fitness room. The hotel is close to good transportation and the space needle.
Disliked: Not big deal, but the room service was not what we expected. The bathroom was not clean properly.
