Hyatt Place Scottsdale Old Town

Nice location and good staff...

Liked: Overall nice staff, good sized room.
Disliked: No place to hang towels. Breakfast only fair.

Liked: Front desk staff was excellent!Bourbon and Bones restaurant and Burger Joint were close by.
Disliked: Loud music from club below, loud voices in parking lot below made it impossible to sleep. Sagging old mattresses should be discarded. Tile and grout in shower were dirty, old and cracking, Couch in living room was old and sagging. Carpet is old and worn. Elevators are painfully slow. Old Town and Giants stadium were much further away than advertised... very long walk there, had to uber back.Pool and weight room were run down. Bathroom is small, closet is tiny, and there aren't enough drawers so we kept our clothes in the suitcase on the desk.Apartment complex next door housed shady residents who were soliciting.Gauged us on pricing during Spring Training . For the price we could have stayed at a nice Scottsdale resort.
