Liked: Overall, the breakfast is good with a wide selection of items. The waffles and pancakes really need to be replaced, they're just not that good. The location of the breakfast is a bit problematic. With so many people going into a confined area you have to be careful where you're walking because there's always a little kid walking around or someone turning and not looking. I don't know the solution for that, but that's my observation.
Disliked: Parking at this location is complicated. The hotel does not service the surrounding parking or parking structure. Either they do not control the parking lot or they have outsourced parking to a third-party. Either way the expectation is that you're paying $10 per night for parking, when you're paying $80 per night for a room. The staff normally will waive that charge for Hotel guests at check-in. The young lady that checked us in wanted to maintain that we had to pay the $10 per night parking. We pointed out that we had stayed at this facility twice in the last two months and that the parking charge had been waived. She finally relented after we told her she could waive the $10 parking fee or we would go somewhere else. The best solution is to offer free parking. Unfortunately, if this comment should cause the Hotel to tell their staff not to relent and waive the parking fee, I would have to take my business elsewhere.
