R&R at its FINEST!!

Liked: Staff was so nice and so accommodating. Room was beautiful and had everything you would need for your stay. Including a dishwasher pod for the dishwasher. All dinnerware, drinkware, utensils, pots and pans and other cooking necessities. Just perfect.
Disliked: I'm not sure there was anything we didn't like.

Liked: Nice place, good location.
Disliked: The windows cannot be opened. Problems with the hot water. I had to stay freezing more than 20 minutes early in the first morning waiting for the hot later to come. After informing the reception the problem was fixed. Thanks for the quick fixing We stayed during graduation season at UCSB. Perhaps that was the reason for the extremely high price per night.

Overall it was good.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable Rooms.
Disliked: The location is a bit off.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast and dining areas were exceptional.
Disliked: We had pets, walking them outside it was mostly cement etc. hard to find appropriate places to have them toliet.

Excellent, great service and location

Liked: Visiting the area for my daughter’s wedding. They allowed us to check in at 2pm and provided a room on the first floor as requested
Disliked: Had pizza from the bar. It was kind of cold in the middle

Liked: The location was perfect for us since we had a business meeting at Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, great coffee. The outside patio was nice and comfortable. Nice towels and bed linens.
