Quiet area, walkable to shops...

Liked: Very easy check-in with hotel app, gave us a room number once it was available and use our phone to enter the room. The room we had was the King with sofa seating area, walk-in shower was spacious with rainfall showered, and the blinds on the windows were modern. They have a free breakfast every morning with a variety of items to eat and they use Starbucks coffee beans.

Liked: I stayed at the Hyatr Place Sandestin for my birthday. They decorated my room and I felt so special and loved. I loved the pool veiw from my room. I loved the location as well. The pool was awesome. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I had happy hour at the hotel 2 nights from 5pm to 7pm. The wings are delicious. The hotel is close to shops and the beach. A quick 5 min Uber ride. I had a great 4 days here. I will definitely return.

Liked: Location, size of room
Disliked: Visibly understaffed - check in person also was waitress and bartender. Sweet personality but slowed service especially when doing checkins & getting food to the table. We still tipped very well because she did well with all she had on her plate. Noticeably low staff throughout stay. Pool towels empty etc.
