From the moment we were greeted in the lobby, the staff was amazing. We were all laughing and joking. The room aside from the shower was amazing. Quiet. I even left an item in my room - they are sending it to me as I type. We will be back.

Liked: We came to see a concert - it turned out the venue was right next door. So awesome!
Disliked: The bathroom shower had little pressure and would back up around your ankles.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Just what I expect of Hyatt.
Disliked: Absolutely did not like the bathroom door as a slider. It did not lock for privacy. Stayed in another hotel that had the same set up, only it was glass and partially see through. The Hyatt bathroom not nearly as bad, but still doesn’t offer enough privacy. That being said, now that I know, I’ll be prepared to reserve two rooms next time.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and looked new. The room included a side sofa which was awesome because it allowed me to sit and get some work done while the kids were sleeping. The breakfast options were fine, especially considering it was included in the room price. The parking garage was very easy to get to.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that there was a lot of noise from airplanes flying overhead and trains going by in the evening. We're not super light sleepers but it still kinda sucked. Parking was a big expensive at $40/night but there weren't many options so can't really ding them too much.
