Liked: Very wheelchair accessible. Entrance was easily accessible, along with parking being close to door. The staff was very accommodating helped us with check-in helped us with our bags and very kind. Room totally accessible bed height perfect lots of room to get around. The bathroom sink was at a good level could see me in the mirror. Another mirror I could see myself fully to know I was dressed OK. The shower was great handheld was in a good position. The only thing in the shower needs to have the soaps on the side instead of above the head. Commode two handrails at standard height. Recommended for anybody with special needs.
Disliked: For Wheelchair carpet is hard to handle but no, it’s better for most. For a senior the use of check in using iPhone or smart phone was inconvenient. Felt stupid when I had to ask for help.

Discusing, horrible management, rotting food,...

Liked: I would never stay at this place ever again. To Start they did not inform us that there was going to be a fire drill at any given time. I understand fire drills are for everyones safety BUT there was no notification when we booked or before we arrived nor was there any information about a possible fire drill when we checked in there was no flyers under our door, even though they had a big stack which I saw the next morning. I didn’t find out until 9 PM that night by accident.in the morning, they proceeded to inform you every half hour for three hours then the fire alarm started it lasted for over an hour. Breakfast was disgusting. The muffins/bread were moldy, fruit way overripe on the verge of going rotten and didn’t have simple condiments.Now I know this is not the Ritz but isn’t Hyatt supposed to be a nice hotel? I will never stay there again. I felt sorry for the staff. There were so many angry people.The manager was not anywhere around. The front desk was asking for help and there was only one person working the desk. I felt so sorry for that stuff member. On top of that the total price was insane. I checked into a motel yep that’s correct a Motel and sadly it is far better. I am discussed!
Disliked: everything plans mentioned above and so much more but trying not to be too emotional and so freaking pissed off!!!!!!

Very short stay, but comfortable...

Liked: Only stayed for a few hours due to flight cancellation and rebooking new flight. Room was comfortable, and liked that it was a glass shower and not a bathtub. The staff member who checked me in was amazing, and very helpful, as I was stressed about the flight situation.
Disliked: Water pressure in the shower not very powerful.
