Big and clean but...

Liked: The rooms are big. The bed is medium firm, which I like. Pillows are too soft. The seating area is nice. Lots of electrical plugs. The AC/Heat was very good. The blackout shutters are awesome. There is a fridge but no microwave. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was great.
Disliked: The wifi is very slow if you don't pay for the higher speeds. TV is very Standard Definition, not many channels to choose, and no TV guide on screen. But I guess no one watches anymore. Bathroom was pretty bad. Shower head is garbage. Had to straddle the toilet to get close to the mirror.

Will not use it again.

Liked: Hyatt staff refuse to provide check out statement, due to this is booking through third party-Booking.com :(
Disliked: The room is clean, yet on the 5th floor very noisy through out the night.
