It was beautifully upgraded and...
Liked: The staff was amazing. They handled everything with care and attention.
Disliked: That I couldn?t stay longer

Comfortable Hotel. Consistent standard.
Liked: Clean, safe, quiet
Disliked: No water in the room. No croissant and coffee. No cleaning for 4 days.Problem with points for stay as we booked through Booking.com.Not explained to us. They said they were adding 3 stays to our account, so we presumed it was done .....but only record of stay....not points. During CoVID they should be more flexible. Just do little things as a gesture. Other hotels do!

I've been to many Hyatts...
Liked: Cannot really say since due to COVID guidelines and restrictions. nothing stoodout. Very standard for the most part.
Disliked: there was an ongoing knocking noise from the ac/heater unit. We ended up turning it off even when it was cold in San Francisco. Even after turning the unit off, a beep lasted for 15 minutes in every 2-3 minute. This was 2AM, imagine trying to go back to sleep at that time. I also wished the staff was a little more empathetic. Parking is $60 a night. I asked for the hope some courtesy or accommodation to waive a few hours (at 3am) of parking to get through the night as my car window was broken into. Not one bit of empathy from front desk staff.
