Hyatt Place San Antonio/Riverwalk

Nice stay, nice staff

Liked: The hotel is a nice place with a good location, having the river placed behind it. It is about a 8 minute walk depending on pace to the beginning of the riverwalk area with restaurants and other hotels. The room sizes are nice, the restroom in my suite was extremely small, the bonus was the shower. The breakfast is good, even though the room is tiny, it works. Sunday brought in a huge crowd for breakfast and the line was long. Breakfast hours during my stay ended by 9:30am on the weekends, which is very early. Plan ahead. The staff were great and cheerful and seemed to really care about the guests needs. The fitness area is also small, but had cardio equipment and dumbells. The pool closes by 9, which was also very early. Parking will soon be $27 a night, in an enclosed area in front of the hotel. Overall, we had a nice experience.
Disliked: Tiny restroom in the rooms. Very early breakfast endtime. The paid parking.

Liked: breakfast was very good, the rooms were very clean, the safety box was excellent and easy to operate,
Disliked: hotel located at end of water way, very dirty and smelly, you could hear people walking and slamming doors outside your room all night long, not sound proof, room setup kind of awkward like lights from vannity light up all your bed area, the ac was very loud if you are trying to sleep on the bed right next to it, like 1 foot away

Liked: Clean and close enough to walk to the Riverwalk. Check-in was a breeze and front desk is courteous and friendly.
Disliked: I like everything about it.

Won't stay again here

Liked: The pool was nice I didn't see any breakfast the room was small and no extra space like no extra living room or TV
Disliked: More space in my room like an extra living area or a 2nd tv
