Very good

Disliked: I waited 10 min to get checked in. Staff was away from the desk and security kept looking for them.Staff at the desk were not very friendly, didn't make eye contact and short with their Answers. Not very welcoming.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Very spacious, clean, good size beds, staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect near the riverwalk area
Disliked: Lights kept switching off randomly and the AC would randomly turn on by itself.Breakfast was a bit limited. We had a moth stuck in the room for a few days

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Location was very good.
Disliked: Bathroom was on small side. Parking cost was high when all the lots around were empty during our stay. Still waiting for an email copy of my bill.

Liked: I can't say enough about this property. All the staff was wonderful! Very accommodating! I was there for the Final Four. The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere!

Great location, breakfast, and suite...

Liked: Location on the Riverwalk, gym, breakfast, staff.
Disliked: A lot of customers took advantage of the breakfast, so there was little space to eat in the main area. We were not informed until the last day that they opened one of the conference rooms to accommodate patrons.
