I will never stay here...

Liked: I didn’t like anything about this property. I will never stay here again.
Disliked: The hotel was nasty and they have bed bugs. They tried to lie on my family about our room smelling like smoke after checkout and giving us a zero balance all because I told them I was reporting the hotel to the health department.

Terrible!

Disliked: From the three night stay two days the rooms were not cleaned and no clean towels. Went to front desk and both days I was told they ran out of towels. Unacceptable plus they said once they had some we were priority they would deliver to room. We never received them. Never staying at a Hyatt again.

Liked: Everything was excellent, on our last day at breakfast my son got a little rowdy and staff member mayra helped by offering him coloring sheets and crayons was very grateful

Liked: The room layout made it great for our group of 6. We never felt overcrowded. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. The Dog Co. food truck park was a perfect choice for our Saturday night dinner with the kids. And it was walking distance.
Disliked: The comforters texture felt a little odd, i used the throw blanket instead. Feathers were also coming out left and right.
