The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were clean. Check-in was quick and easy.

Liked: Nice spacious and clean room with full kitchen. Quiet even though it is located on the main drag of Moab. Gracious and friendly staff. On the edge of downtown, a one mile commercial and residential district.
Disliked: Grounds are basically devoted to the parking lot. Very marginal dog area, both in size and upkeep.

Given the price I was expecting an overall higher quality.

Liked: This was a great surprise. I didn't expect such a clean and comfortable in an shopping outlet. The best thing about it was the reception staff, they were very attentive, professional and well mannered. I didn't give it a 10 because I didn't use all the facilities, so I want to be fair.

Liked: The location is convenient for my work travel and I enjoy getting rewards (but for some reason this stay was not showing in my app, nor did I get rewards).
Disliked: The room was not up to par. My dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed, my shower head was so clogged the spray went everywhere but where I wanted it. The hotel ran out of coffee in the rooms so the last two days I didn't have coffee in my room.
