Liked: Excellent service and breakfast was well done! They even had self service guest laundry

Disliked: The front desk staff said at the time of checkout that you will be charged $100 for cleaning as there was a pet in your room. I never owned a pet in my life and so my family. I requested to show me the CCTV proof otherwise take your words back. He failed to provide any proof of pet came with us in the facility!

Liked: The location was great, bed was comfy the pillows not so much
Disliked: It was very noisy with doors and ppl beside and above. The bed was comfy but the pillows were horrible had to go buy new pillows. Staff was not the greatest and seemed like we were a burden when asking questions besides the staff member at check out was quite nice.
