Disappointing

Disliked: Very thin walls and cheap furniture. The armoire would shake anytime a door was closed, including the rooms next door. Could hear people above us late into the night.

Disliked: Your shuttle. Advertises you have one but there was no staff to drive us on one of the days which made us miss the ski bus.

Liked: Great location for accessing the ski areas.
Disliked: Was told hotel shuttle would be available starting at 8am to take my wife and I to the UTA bus to Solitude, but when we needed it, we were told the van driver hadn’t arrived yet. The reception staffer was unfriendly and unhelpful. When the driver did arrive, she was friendly and apologetic, but it made us late getting to the mountain.

Liked: Good location between city and skiing, decent rotating hot breakfast (plus fruit/yogurt/oatmeal etc.), several nearby restaurants, hot shower temps
Disliked: Parking is a bit limited, eggs are powdered, forced air heating was loud, hot tub could use a water swap
