The perfect place.

Liked: The room was very spacious, clean the little kitchenette, adorable.. the water pressure and the shower perfect. The only thing wrong is we are disabled and the toilet was too low. Other than that, everything was fantastic..
Disliked: Nothing, Everything was perfect. We will be going back next year.

Dirty and poorly maintained hotel...

Liked: Location was decent. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming.
Disliked: Ok, I’m not even factoring in the major water leak/damage that occurred but the cleanliness and maintenance of this property is atrocious. One of the two elevators didn’t work and the one that did…did so in kind of a scary way. And it’s outside of its posted inspection period. Cleanliness was also horrid. Upon arriving at my room I noticed it wasn’t swept (hairball was present on the floor along with small bits of debris) and the maid service only “cleaned” once during my 4 night stay. And when I say “cleaned” it was basically grabbing the trash and pulling the comforter up to the pillows, it even making the bed. Hyatt…. You… can… do… better than this!

Liked: Hotel staff was very accommodating to let us check in early at 11am since we arrived early. Room were spacious. Breakfast was good. Water pressure in shower was great!
Disliked: One of our rooms didn't have a microwave.

Disliked: The toilet was leaking almost fell on the water then they moved me downstairs next to employees break room very noisy doors slamming constantly
