Bad service - communication, unsecure...

Disliked: -bad communication!!-high price-bad placeDescribtion incl airport Shuttle, no one answered so i paid uber answer came next day!deposit booked without explaining, my question why getting double booking, she lies and answered its not from them. By showing service the hotel booked two times money the other service explained its a deposit which gets back in couple of days (would be nice to know that earlier so i can calculate)The question if they there are busses: answer nohh the most people take uber you can take uber ! By taking a research in google there surly is a bus just 4 mins walking which seems unsecure, a couple of days ago a drunken driver killed a teenager at this bus stop. The place ist very quit, not really a change to do or see something without a car or much money. Was on tour with the busses its good you can have day pass but like i said, not much options to use. The only one i figure out later was the golden gate but also not seems the most securing place lots of homless and suffering people dayband night time, its really not nice see that. i can’t recommend this hotel and place, sorry!

Liked: I didn’t like this property had issues with noise and informed the staff they didn’t seem to get it solved My wife called the front desk a little over 2 am because of the thumping from the floor upstairs and they didn’t seem to have solved it because not shortly after that the something continued till about 6 o’clock in the morning so we had to request a late checkout and had to pay $25 extra to stay till two so that my wife could sleep properly Even then the staff kept on coming in twice to knock on the door telling us to check out at 12:30 after we had made arrangements that we will check out at 2 pm for $25 extra
Disliked: The staff weren’t helpful they did not solve the problem that we asked them to do so we paid a lot of money for a good nights rest after a memorial function that we attended yet did not get that rest at all. My wife kept tossing and turning due to the noise that was coming from the upstairs floor that she called front desk about and it wasn’t solved because the noise kept on going on throughout the night during the early hours of the morning.

Disliked: The location is a bit shady. While getting ready to check out at 3:30am I caught someone vandalising my 2020 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. 16 year old kid shattered my back window!
