Hyatt Place Rogers/Bentonville

This was the best experience I've ever had in a hotel. The rates were reasonable, the room was spacious, clean, and set up well. The pool setup was superb, and the charter van was a perk I greatly appreciated as well as the location. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as a mall nearby.

Liked: The customer service was top notch. The rates were affordable, the room set up was the most impressive I've seen, and the pool was great. I was also impressed with the charter van and the staff was friendly, down to earth, and fun. The next time I need a hotel, I will definitely check vacancies here first.
Disliked: I have no complaints. This was a wonderful experience.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was always hot and there were a lot of options. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

For the money, I would...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was surprisingly good.
Disliked: For the price, 100 dollars more a night than another hotel we have stayed at before. The room had some issues. The shower floor which was tile was painful to stand on since the installer did a terrible job. The shower ceiling had recently (maybe) been repaired. No paint had been applied. Just raw drywall mud. The tv wasn’t great. Had issues with dropping signal. Had features to stream from your phone. But absolutely abysmal WiFi signal that made it impossible to cast from your phone. There was a pull out sofa bed we used. But unlike a cheaper hotel. There was no extra pillows, or blankets for our young boys to use. The biggest issues. Is we were on the fourth floor. The window was functional and could be opened to its fullest extent. This is the biggest issue for me. Thank goodness I made sure that it was locked so my sons didn’t randomly open it and fall to their death.
