Hyatt Place Roanoke - hotel was nice and clean; employees were friendly. I would stay again.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: They are doing a remodel - it wasn’t bad. They had parts of the parking lot blocked off.

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The refrigerator wasn't working, the air conditioner would work a while then blow warm air and the restroom had curly black hairs the cleaning crew missed

I loved the rooms! Probably...

Liked: The rooms were great! Spacious, great showers, location.
Disliked: Pool wasn’t open, breakfast food was not hot, one of the front desk employees was incompetent, computer wasn’t working properly so they couldn’t ring in drinks, tv’s went out for a few hours.

Liked: The lobby was nice, and that’s about it
Disliked: I didn’t like how small the bathroom was, the shower had really bad black mold, there wasn’t any free water or hand soap in the room, and the maid service entered our room with the do not disturb sign on the door, it made me and my children very uncomfortable.

Liked: The rooms are huge, well kept
Disliked: They need a microwave in the rooms

Liked: Location was convenient. They have a mall nearby and many restaurant options.
Disliked: Toiletries( e.g wash soap bottle was empty) were not provided. The hallways were not cleaned regularly. Coffee filters and other items were not refilled in 2 nights stay.
