Very good

Don't get the water

Liked: It was located right in the thickness of things downtown
Disliked: I bought a bottle of Evian water that was in the room with a label that said it cost 5.00. What ended up on my bill for that water was a charge for 35.00. I am really disappointed that the Hyatt would pull such a bait and switch.We also had an accessible room, but the adjustable shower head would not stay adjusted on its pole.

Pleasant

My stay was good could...

Liked: The rooms were nice and spacious and located in a walkable town. The restaurant inside was nice with good food. Everything is 24hrs so that was another plus.
Disliked: The parking fee is a little high in price.

Liked: Was very difficult to sleep as we were placed directly by the elevator and the walls are very thin . Will consider booking elsewhere . However the young lady Jess at the front counter was amazing !
