Disliked: The room was clean but the bathroom and glass wear were dirty. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.

Liked: Front desk manager did attempt to clear up the issue
Disliked: Front desk staff put someone else in our room under my name - then when asked to figure out who and help with the situation he just was on his computer and ignoring the request. Took about an hour to check in. Bathroom and shower small and dirty. Horrible experience mostly because of check in.

Convenient location, walkable to many...

Liked: Conveniently located to the interstate. All staff were very friendly and outgoing. Room was large and comfortable for our family of 4.
Disliked: It’s under renovation which is understandable but I think the group doing the work could be a little more attentive to cleaning up for the day. Bathroom was super tiny and the lighting in the room and bathroom was dim. The air conditioner unit was constantly on and off and didn’t keep the room comfortable for long periods of time.
