Disliked: house keeping every three days ran out of toilet paper, towels . garbage can full. Asked to use a conference room for two hours for a pizza party for the softball team and familys and was told the cost would be $500 for a room that was not being used.

Disliked: We had a reservation at this hotel but ended up not staying after seeing the condition of the property firsthand.As soon as we entered, we were hit with a strong moldy, musty smell that lingered throughout the lobby and hallway. The hotel is also undergoing major renovations, which we were not informed of during booking. Construction materials and blocked-off areas made the space feel more like a worksite than a hotel.What was most disappointing is that the hotel’s appearance and condition were far below Hyatt’s usual standards. The property looked tired, neglected, and frankly, unclean. Given Hyatt's reputation for quality and professionalism, we expected so much more.We chose to cancel our stay and make alternate arrangements, which was incredibly inconvenient but necessary. If you're considering this location, I highly recommend checking the current renovation status and reading recent reviews.

Liked: Location was close to my family.
Disliked: There was a large dead cockroach in our bathroom when we arrived. The toilet seat was very loose( this was a handicap accessible room, not by my request) and when we took showers the tub drain must have red been clogged so we stood in water and slowly drained after the shower was over! I realize they were under construction in the lobby but was told all the rooms had been updated. Our last breakfast, they ran out of food! I have always been happy with our stays before, but not this time.

Liked: I like the location.
Disliked: Property was being renovated. Nothing was as it was advertised.There was no restaurant, bar, pool was not being maintained so we could not swim.
