Decent

Liked: It was clean but random
Disliked: The breakfast was not good. The beds were lumpy and the tv went out several times

Disappointed

Liked: Dated, mold, staff not easily recognizable (in plain clothes, not professional) groups of teenagers messing around in the hotels and in the parking lot. Not addressed by staff. Elevators not working. Shabby and in need of a refresh. Far below what is expected of the Hyatt place prosuct
Disliked: Breakfast was good. Location was pretty good
