The stay it self was...

Liked: The bed was nice and comfortable, room was spacious enough for one. Loved how you can connect the tv to my phone with chrome cast, really nice feature that enhances my over impression.
Disliked: The ac on my room was very loud especially during the night when it’s right next to the bed. They over exegeted the breakfast menu since it’s just a two day rotation of the same thing.

one of the worst experience...

Liked: Only location was okay. everything else was bad
Disliked: This was one of the worst experience I had with Hyatt. Poor service. unattended staff. 1 room service in 6 nights. Dirty. Only one elevator working. breakfast bad. coffee good. very bad experience overall
