Bad experience

Liked: Clean
Disliked: That if you you don’t check in before midnight, you will be charged a no show fee. Even when you pay in advance through booking. Why should we have to pay for a no show fee, if we are making a reservation and paying for the room up front basically? Will not continue to use booking nor stay at the Hyatt in the future. Do not recommend this place, nor using booking.com.

The overall stay was great....

Liked: I had a wrap on Saturday evening and it was a great choice. Very good.
Disliked: My only complaint was the breakfast was not hot as is customary. It was good and there was a variety but it could have been warmer.
