Hyatt Place Raleigh / Cary

Employees were all great but the food services needs considerable improvement.

Liked: All employees encountered were friendly and helpful. The place is very clean.
Disliked: This Hyatt is terrific EXCEPT food service. Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. It's just that the food services are very limited and it's not geared for taking hot coffee/ tea to one's room. They do not have handy cardboard trays for these such as McDonalds does. The employees were fine but the food services needs great improvement.

Disliked: The pool was bery dirty the whole time we were there as well as the hot tub wasnt working properly

Liked: Hotel was clean room was excellent Customer front desk service was excellent regardless to what time you needed help. The gym was great.
Disliked: The pool needed cleaning The hot tub didn't work green algae was growing on the side. Outside was such disappointed since the inside reflect such excellent hotel

Found several long black hairs...

Liked: Had eggs and bacon. Eggs were very good.
Disliked: The bacon, although barely cooked, had good flavor. Would have been much better had it been a more Crispy.
