Employees were all great but the food services needs considerable improvement.

Liked: All employees encountered were friendly and helpful. The place is very clean.
Disliked: This Hyatt is terrific EXCEPT food service. Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. It's just that the food services are very limited and it's not geared for taking hot coffee/ tea to one's room. They do not have handy cardboard trays for these such as McDonalds does. The employees were fine but the food services needs great improvement.

Disliked: I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Raleigh, and I have to say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. First off, the sheets were in terrible condition. They were stained and felt unwashed, which is just unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under the Hyatt brand. I’ll be attaching pictures to show just how bad they were.Additionally, the layout of the hotel is quite inconvenient. If you need towels, you have to trek all the way downstairs instead of having them available nearby. This should be a basic amenity that’s easy to access.Another major issue was the lack of extra pillows. I was traveling with guests who needed to sleep on the pull-out mattress, and when we asked for additional pillows, we were told there weren’t any available. It made for a very uncomfortable night.If you’re traveling with a dog, be warned that this is not a friendly dog place. There’s no designated area for dogs to relieve themselves, which is a huge oversight. To make matters worse, if your dog is in the room when you go out for food, they won’t clean your room. It’s frustrating, especially when they get upset about barking while cleaning the other rooms.Overall, I expected much more from Hyatt Place, and I won’t be returning. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Disliked: When walking into the room for the first time there was a smell in the room as if it had not been cleaned . More of a misty odor .
