Employees were all great but the food services needs considerable improvement.

Liked: All employees encountered were friendly and helpful. The place is very clean.
Disliked: This Hyatt is terrific EXCEPT food service. Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. It's just that the food services are very limited and it's not geared for taking hot coffee/ tea to one's room. They do not have handy cardboard trays for these such as McDonalds does. The employees were fine but the food services needs great improvement.

An out of the box...

Liked: The building and rooms were great. The lobby was very clean and comfortable seating. The room was clean and new looking. The whole place was out of the box different than most places. Exceeded the last stay Hampton Inn in Charlotte near the airport. This place has changed my go to for lodging.
Disliked: It is small but the eggs for breakfast were strange texture. No big deal.

Disliked: The sink. The faucet was too far back so the water barely fell into the sink and when trying to wash your hands, you would hit the side of the sink bowl.

Pleasant long stay at Hyatt

Liked: it was a very nice stay.. Hotel is very comfortable. We stayed for 9 days. So had to interact w the staff a lot. Catriya in the front desk was particularly helpful, she always took the extra step to support us with general questions or issues on our international delivery. İan İ believe the assistant manager was also very kind. He took the initiative to talk to head office after our questions on preparation of certain breakfast.. My wife was very happy. Thanks for taking good care and look forward to staying again ..
Disliked: Afternoon coffee in the lobby would be nice, nevertheless we had some in the room. Cleaning staff missed the room for cleaning one morning İ think they were super busy . Perhaps should have staff to support later for such incidents..
