Excellent location in Provo. Walking...

Liked: Breakfast was great to start your day. Lots of options. They do have a heated pool, but we didn't take advantage of it. Next time.
Disliked: Parking is near but not in the hotel so you will have to walk outside to get to the parking garage.

Disliked: Hate the barn style sliding door for the bathroom in the bedroom. Everything can be heard by those in the bedroom because it’s not actually a closed door. Just a space cover.

Get a VRBO or stay...

Liked: The location to the conference center.
Disliked: Everything else. This place is predatory in their fees. Check your bill and make sure to document every tiny thing wrong in your room when you arrive or they will charge you and then treat you like trash.

Great location and comfortable rooms.

Liked: The room was huge! Love the tall windows. Loved the space. Front staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. That's really all I ask.
Disliked: I always appreciate free parking. Consider offering that to guests.
