Needs improvement

Liked: The beds were great. The suite very appealing. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Staff not knowledgeable about the services.Interact never worked.Tv times and shows always wrong.Pool hot first day. Second day, third day etc too cold.

Good hotel for the price!

Liked: Staff was very friendly and the facility was clean.
Disliked: The location had a lot of homeless people which was unsettling to ones safety. Also there is no where near enough parking for the hotel, as a guest I would expect when I pay money for a hotel room a parking spot on site should be provided!

Superb

Liked: Always super clean, beds are comfy, love the room layout with the seating area. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, great breakfast..
Disliked: The only negative was the shower head, not sure if it was just my unit but the stream from the shower head was quite weak, may need to be changed. Otherwise the place is great.

Disliked: Parking was so horrible, kind of sketchy downtown, our room didnt have a bathtub, pool was small and no hot tub.

Liked: The front deck clerk when we checked in was super helpful and very nice!Hotel is very clean, comfy, the pool was great and nice that it is open early. The gym is open 24 hours and looked very nice, unfortunately I didn't have time to try it out...next time!Check out was super easy.Thank you for a great stay!!
