Liked: Well now, it was close to the Merrill Auditorium.
Disliked: We were next to a room that had a big dog barking, howling and scratching on the door at 3 am. Then two men yelling and knocking on our door - WOW! I can't believe we weren't reimbursed for the stay at Hyatt Place.

Liked: Convenient location, comfortable room & bed. Nice room & view. Staff was friendly & helpful.
Disliked: I wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like.

staff was great…you shoukd have...

Liked: location was great . staff were super helpful and friendly. Joey at the front desk was great!
Disliked: i wish at some point prior to us arriving we had been informed that the pool was not going to be open during our stay. we made our reservation based on being able to enjoy the pool and we feel a bit swindled . if we knew the pool was closed we would gave canceled and made reservations at another hotel.
