Liked: Well now, it was close to the Merrill Auditorium.
Disliked: We were next to a room that had a big dog barking, howling and scratching on the door at 3 am. Then two men yelling and knocking on our door - WOW! I can't believe we weren't reimbursed for the stay at Hyatt Place.

Disliked: I am very disappointed with valet parking. My car was in mint condition when I arrived there and when I went to check out and grab my car, the valet said someone ran into my car in the middle of the night, and they were unaware until the valet just did a check around the parking garage and when they saw my car, they said that someone crashed into it which is inaccurate. It actually looks like they crashed my car. There are pieces of my car in my trunk. I am very disappointed. I am happy that they said that they would reimburse it, which I would expect they would considering the valet crashed my car and now need to get a rental. I understand that it was storming out and the weather was very bad, but I wish they were honest about how the car got damaged.
