We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice room. We had a great breakfast and loved the location.

Liked: The room was awesome and the bed was extremely comfortable. Beautiful decorations and friendly staff.
Disliked: We signed up for late checkout at 2:00pm and the front desk apparently was not informed, so at noon the cleaning people came to our room to clean. We told them we signed up for late checkout but they came back 15 minutes later. Then they called from the front desk and when they figured out we were going late checkout they finally left us alone.

Our stay here was good for the most part. The room was nice, the bed was great, the staff were friendly and check in was quick and simple. I only have three negative points to make and I guess that's not too bad considering. The only complaint I have about our room is that in our bathroom there was a pile of black curly hairs (which you know what kind of hairs they were). It's like housekeeping swept but forgot to pick it up with the dustpan - yuck! A dirty bathroom is one of my pet peeves. Second, why is your parking 19$ for one night?! I just think that is insane, and maybe like you are taking advantage of guests. 10$ or even 12$ would be more reasonable. Lastly, its nice that you guys have 24/7 room service but our burgers were horrible - it was bad. We were up in the middle of the night with stomach aches - not a good food experience.
Disliked: The pile of black curly hairs in the corner of the bathroom.

I stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to Stage AE. The hotel was way nicer than the price tag led me to originally believe. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a lot bigger than expected and very nice. The walk to Stage AE was only a couple minutes. I'll definitely stay here again.
Liked: Friendly staff; clean rooms; close to Stage AE.

We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We went to a concert at Stage AE. The next morning, the breakfast was wonderful and again the staff were very nice and helpful. It was a great experience!
