Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport/Robinson Mall

We had an amazing experience during our stay. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and everything was very clean and orderly! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Place to any of our family and friends - definitely a place that we would stay again!

Liked: Everything about the hotel was absolutely awesome! It was very clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful, and having access to a 24/7 kitchen was definitely a plus! The family style complimentary breakfast bar was also a very pleasant surprise!
Disliked: None.

Wonderfully decorated rooms, great staff, good price. Perfect place for a one night stop, or a longer stay!

Liked: Everything about the actual establishment!
Disliked: Creepers at the awesome late night snack shop/drunk refill station (i.e. bar).

Ok hotel, but needs some...

Liked: Good location in between the airport and the city. Many restaurants close by.Room of standard quality and fairly comfortable.Good breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel really needs some renovations and to be "freshened up". For example lots of stains on the carpets, mainly in the hallways, but also in the room. Room was clean but to see stains on the carpet surely does make me feel like it was.Elevator floor was also dirty.Furniture also with plenty of scratches.

Get a new shuttle company.

Liked: It’s not available for everyone.I didn’t get it because it’s not available until ? 6am?
Disliked: OmgI stayed with you because of your name and you had a shuttle to the airport.Except the SHUTTLE WAS LATE! Not just 5 minutes but 20 minutes! Unacceptable I Loved everything and you’re a great hotel but that shuttle killed you.I give it a 1 out of 10.(?
